Souvenir shop City Souvenirs USA has signed a 10-year lease in Midtown.
City Souvenirs USA will occupy a 2,200-square-foot space, located at 420 Fifth Ave. The lease includes one five-year option to renew.
Helmsley Spear’s Showket Ahamed represented City Souvenirs USA in the deal. Heritage Realty Services, LLC., the landlord, was represented by its President and CEO George Constantin.
City Souvenirs USA sells a wide range of New York City-themed gift and souvenir items to New Yorkers and international tourists.
This is City Souvenirs USA’s eighth location in Manhattan.
420 Fifth Ave., which was built in 1986, is a 30-story, mixed-use office and retail building. The property is near Grand Central Station.
