What is the Carabao Cup Final’s format?

If the scores are tied after ninety minutes, there will be thirty minutes of extra time in the Carabao Cup Final. In the event that the scores are tied after extra time, the victor will be determined by a penalty shootout.

Out of the nine nominees, clubs will be able to substitute five players. (Excluding halftime) They will have three opportunities during open play to make replacements, and they may make more than one during a single opportunity.
